We bought our golf cart from Sue almost 2 years ago. While happy with our purchase, the cart experienced a persistent electrical problem. Even though the problem persisted, Country Club Cars continued to work with me to make sure the problem got resolved and we were happy. Finally, 14 months after purchase, the problem returned. Country Club Cars tried one more time to fix this problem, replacing the entire electrical stem, treating it like a warranty issue. I could not have been happier and feel like if I am ever in the market for a new cart, Country Club Carts will be the only place we look. They treated us fairly and were concerned about making this purchase right. In this day and age, that is rare.

This is a great place to do business with. I needed a back seat added to my 1999 Club Car and they did a great job with the installation. Management and sales are very professional and it now looks like my aged cart's back seat was a factory install. I'll for sure have any future work done on my cart at this establishment.

They sell golf carts parts and accessories. I've been there twice in the last couple of weeks. The first time I asked for some advice, and Randy want out of his way to help me solve my problem. Great guy! Today I needed a part and Sue went out in their lot searching all the old carts to find me a used part. She didn't find one but she went out of her way for me. I ended up buying a new part and the price was reasonable. I give them a thumbs up

My golf cart was having issues. They came and picked it up called me the same day to tell me what the issue was. They fixed it and returned it within a couple of days. They did a fantastic job.
